Ed Black and Greg O’Bryan started Dynamic Building in 1991 with a simple approach: find the actual problem, fix it properly, and don't make people chase you for updates. Today, Ed's sons Jon and Dan run the company, and that approach hasn't changed.

We're a general contractor that specializes in building diagnostics, remediation, and restoration. When you have a leak, we don't just fix the pipe—we trace the water to its source, dry everything out properly, and repair whatever got damaged. We understand how buildings work as systems, which means we catch connected problems before they become expensive surprises.

Our team coordinates plumbers, electricians, drywall, flooring, painters—whatever a project needs. You get one point of contact and one company that's accountable for the result.

Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. That's not an accident—it's what happens when you do good work and treat people well for three decades.
