Restoration & Rebuild in Ottawa

What Restoration Looks Like

After the damage is out — water dried, mold removed, structural issues fixed — everything needs to go back together. That's restoration.

We handle the full rebuild: drywall, insulation, flooring, paint, trim, cabinets, fixtures. Whether it's a single room or an entire unit, one team manages the whole thing.

Why It Matters Who Does the Rebuild

Most restoration jobs go wrong when the company doing the rebuild wasn't involved in the remediation. They don't know what was removed, what was behind the walls, or what caused the problem in the first place.

Because we handle remediation and restoration, there's no handoff. We know exactly what came out and exactly what needs to go back. No miscommunication, no delays, no surprises.

Restoration for Property Managers and Homeowners

For property managers and condo corporations, we coordinate everything — trades, scheduling, access, documentation. You get one point of contact and clean records for your board.

For homeowners, we keep it simple. We explain what's happening, stick to the timeline, and clean up when we're done.

Restoration Common Questions

  • Depends on the scope. A single room might take a week. A full unit rebuild could take 2–4 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline before work starts.

  • We do our best to match flooring, paint, and trim to what's already there. If an exact match isn't possible, we'll let you know and discuss options before proceeding.

  • Usually not. We work section by section and contain the work area. If the scope requires it, we'll tell you upfront.

  • That's fine. Some clients use restoration as an opportunity to update flooring, fixtures, or finishes. We'll quote both options.
